As much as I love to photograph your gorgeous little babies, I also absolutely love to photograph where the journey begins, with your beautiful baby bump.
When asked to capture this super incredible and special time for you, it really does mean the world to me. Being able to document these moments is literally the best thing ever and you can totally see why I ADORE my job.
Capturing your baby bump is so special, because before you know it, that bump is gone and you have a little bundle of joy in your arms! But you’ll always have these memories to look back on in many years to come. Remembering those little kicks (or big!), remembering all those crazy cravings that you had, remembering all the excitement!
So it really is important to take as many photos as possible during your pregnancy journey. Whether that is professional images or documenting them on your phone (be sure to back them up!).
I also LOVE to hear your stories. It’s so nice to have a good chat about whether you’re having a boy or girl, or whether you’ve kept it a surprise. Whether your family are playing the guessing game to see who thinks what. What your cravings are if you have any and the best of all, your name ideas!
That’s why I have created the perfect package to capture your beautiful baby bump. The Mini Bump Sessions. A well put together package of 30 minutes where you come into my super relaxed and calm studio in Hemel Hempstead, Herts. You’re welcome to use my small (but growing) maternity clothing range (you’re welcome to bring your own outfits and it is my number 1 priority to make you feel as comfortable as possible). I highly recommend wearing greys, whites, beiges, creams etc - these colours work so well in my white studio as well as keeping your images completely timeless. We can also do a couple of outfit changes to mix up your images, giving you more of a varied selection. There is absolutely no pressure with whether you’d like clothing/less clothing images, the choice is yours and I’ll be there to document whatever you decide.
After saying all of the above, you are also welcome to have an outdoors bump shoot. Ashridge is absolutely beautiful all year round and really does make for such a lovely background for photos. The choice is completely down to you so please let me know what you’d prefer when booking in your shoot. Please keep in mind that bump shoots around be taken 30-36 weeks, so booking in advance to ensure you get a slot if very much advised.
